OUR MISSION

The MISSION of the National Police Cadet Corps is to develop our members to be active citizens and community leaders, by working in partnership with Singapore Police Force to fight crime and keep Singapore safe.


OUR VISION

The VISION of the National Police Cadet Corps is to become the best youth organisation in Singapore, one that actively helps to make Singapore the safest place in the world.



OUR BELIEFS

In accordance with our MISSION and observing our objectives, we believe that our association with the National Police Cadets Corps will:



1. ENSURE our growth by exposing us to a challenging enviroment which, in turn will imbibe us with leadership qualities, strong characters and civic, social and moral values.

2. ENLIGHTEN us on the role of the Singapore Police Force, help to bulid a stronger bond of friendship with them, and so lead to a safer place for all in the country.

3. As part of a culture that encourages us to treat fellow cadets with respect, courtesy and tact, TEACH us to extend the same care and concern to others.

4. As a result of our identification with the Singapore Police Force TEACH us to adopt its tradition of high standards of performance, commitment, duty and service, to seek to excel and to face up to challenge.

Sea Sortie 2012

On 24 May 2012, all 3 SEA Unit cadets of Secondary 2 and Secondary 3 cadets from Springfield Secondary School, Raffles' Girls School and Edgefield Secondary school went on board for their Navigation Sortie. Secondary 2 cadets will be split into 2 groups to do their knots and lashing on level both level 2 and level 1 of the vessel. While the Secondary 3 cadets are station at level 1 to do their navigation using the tools provided by the Sea instructors. We'll leave you to the pictures and reflection :).

Cadets Experience To This Activities:

Sea sortie was fun. You have the opportunity to create a route based on the question given. The Sirs would teach us how to draw the routes on the map and also how to read them. We would then challenge among other groups on who could solve the question first. The fastest group would receive a special prize. We learn a lot of things during sea sortie, and the most important thing is that we cooperate with each other.
